In order to keep your costs down we usually ship with the Postal Service. Shipping costs below cover handling, packaging and actual postage of your order. We also offer shipping using the DHL courier service (online tracking if required). A surcharge of £10.50 applies.

If a product is faulty or you making use of your rights under the distant selling act we are happy to assist you in either replacing the product or obtaining a refund. Please refer to our return policy.

We try to keep sufficient stock levels but from time to time we might temporally run out on certain products. Please either sign up on the product page for an Email notification if a product is back in stock or contact us to get an estimated delivery date.

We have multiple warehouses and depending on what product you have ordered it might take 2-3 days to get to the central despatch centre. We are trying all the time to keep delays to a minimum but in some cases we experiencing logical constrains. If further delays to be expected you will be notified of course and presented with alternative options.
